Vaccinated Staff - OYO 805 La Belladoza

The rooms are large, the aircon works well, and the neighborhood is quiet. I keep coming back partly because the nightly rate is affordable. There's street parking with a guard, plus a shared dining and pantry space where they sell simple snacks and coffee. You can refill a flask with free water in the lobby, and the room has the basics: towels, a toothbrush kit, tissue, hand wash that's very diluted, and a hot shower. The bathroom corners still aren't properly clean, though the room itself is generally tidy. Night service has also been unpleasant for me. The same woman handles the front desk and room cleaning, and when I ask something she usually frowns. I hope the owners work on the bathroom cleaning and give staff some basic customer service training. That could help keep guests coming back.

The location worked perfectly for us, but the room was dusty. There were cobwebs behind doors and across the walls, even on the ceiling and water heater. I also found strands of hair on the bathroom floor on the first day after check-in, and had to pick them up myself. The staff didn't smile.

I felt uncomfortable the whole time. The area smelled, the room was noisy from next door, and there wasn't even a garbage bag for the bin. The sink was never clean, the room was dusty, and the kitchen drawer and utensils were dirty too. The shower wouldn't give the right temperature and there was no toilet roll. When I asked staff to fix the TV, I was told, “we dont have room like that.” Thank you for the stay.

It's quiet here, set back from the main roads, and a good place to unwind. The price seems fair for what you get. The room has plenty of space, a comfortable bed, couch, and cold aircon. There's fast internet, a TV you can browse the web on, and a table with chairs if you need to get work done. The shower has hot and cold water, and the pantry has plates, utensils, and cups, plus there's a kettle.
