The guards and receptionist were friendly and accommodating. The building and lobby are also spacious and beautiful, but the unit was a huge letdown and felt more like a boarding house than a proper condo. When I arrived, the caretaker walked me over and said the unit I booked on Booking.com was no longer available. She offered a different one, supposedly not her own, then asked for extra money because of the change. It seemed like she hadn't kept the availability updated and had arranged another unit in the same building, charging extra, probably as her commission. What should have cost ₱1,500 ended up around ₱2,500. It all felt unprofessional and disappointing.

We stayed May 22-24,2023. The location and price were good, and the unit size was fine for a short stay. The lobby was very well maintained, but inside, the drainage was a big problem: the bathroom and toilet bowl both clogged. The bathroom and shower curtain were dirty and needed Domex or Zonrox. Kitchen utensils were poor, the mattress was dirty under a thin bedsheet, and the linen was poor too. Pool use cost php 150, with no lifeguard. Security guards weren't guest friendly.

Nice view and the place is well maintained. Call Ms Angel, she gave us a discount.

The lobby looks beautiful, but that's about all I can say for this place. Compared with other places, this was a terrible experience and overpriced. Stay away if you can. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned, with hair and dirt everywhere, the most disgusting bedroom. The very old bed badly hurt my back when I woke up.
