The room had enough space, but the lobby was tiny. What really upset us was that the manager canceled our entire booking without telling us. I'd asked about adding another night, and accepted that there was no availability for that night. I never asked to cancel anything else. We thought our reservation was fine, then suddenly we had no room. We'd booked a month before our flight, so this was incredibly frustrating. The location is already bad and noisy, and the way they handled our booking felt completely unprofessional. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.

Getting to the hotel was the only real issue, since the road leading there is small. Otherwise, my quarantine stay went really well. The room was decent with good Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony. They also gave me a kettle, a family-size pack of mineral water, and the usual amenities you'd get in a cheap OYO room.

The staff's hospitality was excellent, but quarantine here was still a really frustrating experience for me. The room offered little beyond a small TV, with no microwave or fridge, and the food arrived cold. There was no phone at the front desk, so most of the time I couldn't get hold of anyone. It made the whole stay very stressful.

The staff were polite and really helpful. I was traveling with my mom, who uses a wheelchair, and they helped us get to the room. They also arranged a cheap, affordable taxi to the airport. The room itself was clean and decent. The owner should consider giving them a raise. Definitely recommend.

Everything was clean and pleasant, and the staff were great. The manager, a young man, was especially polite and did a great job. I had such a helpful welcome on arrival. The hotel is worth every peso, and I can recommend it. Maraming salamat, Red Velvet.
