The food was fresh and really good, and the owners made us feel welcome. The resort sits right in front of the beach.

The boat trip to Nagarao Island is well worth it. There’s a tiny white sand beach with no tourists at all, where you can spend the day and eat freshly grilled fish made by local fishermen. It felt like seeing an undiscovered side of the Philippines. Back at the resort, it’s quiet and peaceful, with a native-style feel. The local seafood and Filipino Spanish food were fresh and delicious, and the staff were kind and always ready to help. It wasn’t expensive either. Highly recommend.
