The location was good, but the stay was awful in almost every other way. We were put on the third floor with a baby, and getting there by stairs was incredibly difficult since there’s no elevator. The shower pressure was very weak, and the towels felt more like rough blankets than proper towels. There was no WiFi reception in the rooms. They only provided two shampoo sachets and two small bars of body soap, which felt ridiculous. At breakfast, since I don't eat pork, my only choices were egg and bread, and anything else cost extra. I won't stay here again and can't recommend it.

A few steps from White Beach, which made getting around easy. I also really liked the room's scent, and it was comfortable to rest in. The pool was nice, and the restaurant felt cozy. The staff were approachable and helpful whenever we needed something. I enjoyed my stay at The Mang-yan Grand Hotel and would come back.

The hotel has a really aesthetic vibe, and it's close to the beach. The staff were approachable too. I'd recommend it if you're looking to enjoy a vacation.

We paid in full for a family room in January, then arrived in April and were told it wasn't available. Instead they gave us two separate rooms, which wasn't what we had booked. We were told we'd move back to the original room at 1PM, and when we checked several times, staff kept confirming that time. Then they suddenly told us to leave our rooms by 11AM because other guests needed them. How is that our problem? The staff were okay overall, but the short-haired girl with glasses, who I think was the manager, was rude and inconsiderate. For what we paid, being treated like that was such a waste of money. The towels sucked too.

Far too expensive for what it is. You're better off at a budget hotel farther back than getting ripped off here. There was no running water on the upper floors. I ended up wiping my butt with my own shirt and throwing it away.
