Hanbee's Flower Garden Resort

The grounds are beautiful and clearly have potential, but the hygiene, smells, and noise made the stay unpleasant, and I wouldn't return. From our first day, our room had a steady sewage or drain odor. A washing machine right outside our window ran every day from about 10 a.m. until midnight, and the air conditioner was so loud we needed earplugs to sleep. The worst moment came in the middle of the night, when a strong vomit smell woke us. We turned on the lights and found the bathroom floor covered in vomit that had come up through the drain from another room. It was disturbing and unacceptable. The staff were friendly and responded quickly, offering another room right away. Unfortunately, the drain smell was even stronger there, so the main problem remained.

We're leaving now and getting a refund so we can stay somewhere else. Don't stay here. On arrival, neither the shower nor the tap worked. When we asked for an upgrade or a room change, they offered an upgraded room but made us pay again for it. The towels were stained, so I'd suggest bringing your own. The shower in the new room worked, but the pressure was so poor that it was hard to wash properly. We booked cheap, but this wasn't worth a penny to me. It felt like living in the Manila slums.

A relaxing resort with clean grounds, lovely staff, and a convenient spot not far from the airport or shopping centre. Claire was especially helpful. I was heading out at 2 AM for a weekend trip, and she promised to get up and open the gate for me. She actually did it well before then. Whenever I had a question, she helped with a smile. Big ups to the resort and Claire ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The pool looks nice and the flowers are beautiful, but the A/C barely worked. I'd only stay again if they got the air conditioner working properly.
