The location was a big plus, very near Araneta Center and convenient for food, transport, and activities. I stayed at ACL Suites with my son from November 13 to 16, 2025, and we had a very pleasant time. After long days out, it was nice to come back to a clean, comfortable room. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. It offers great value for cleanliness, hospitality, and location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

As a tenant, I’ve found that urgent messages go unanswered. We went almost a week without a light in the CR because they didn’t take our concerns seriously. We also spent two weeks without a working flush after turning off the WC water inlet because water was running continuously. When they came to fix it, they said nothing was wrong. I asked them to check it again on February 7, 2023, but by February 19 the water was flowing continuously again, so I had to turn it off. I still haven’t received a reply. This is very bad service, especially since these problems affect our daily hygiene. NEXT TIME, TAKE YOUR TENANTS’ CONCERNS SERIOUSLY!
