The food was a highlight for us: we had great in-room dining and a dinner buffet with plenty of variety and good quality. The hotel was spotless and comfortable, with a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere that made our anniversary and my birthday feel special. As Platinum members, we appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts and how the team went out of their way to look after us. This stay turned an important milestone into a memory we won’t forget. We’re grateful for the kind, attentive service and would gladly return. I’d recommend it for a special occasion.

Everyone treated our group like VIPs, from bell service and the front desk to housekeeping, restaurant servers, sales, events, and banquets. My colleagues especially enjoyed how close the property is to a shopping mall, beauty salons, a church, convenience stores, and restaurants. On my last visit to the Philippines, we stayed at Crowe Plaza Hotel Galleria Ortigas with a group of friends. I’m especially grateful to management, particularly Ms. Monica Bulaghani and Kathleen FD Manager, who were my contacts and gave me the information and instructions we needed from beginning to end. If we can, we’d like to visit the Philippines every year and stay at the same property. Our group is looking forward to the next visit. Thank you for the hospitality.

Sir Calix and his colleague made check-in easy and were very helpful. We also appreciated the large, welcoming lobby and the generous Deluxe Room, which can comfortably fit up to four guests. Having a bathtub and hot water readily available was a nice bonus. The service during my recent stay was exceptional, and it made celebrating with my mother even better. Thank you.

The breakfast was a real surprise for its variety and freshness, and my family and I had a great stay at Crowne plaza. The staff were wonderful with customer service. Renne at the front desk, James the 7 corner supervisor, and Bon Bon the 7 corner server were especially good. My check-in was set for 3 pm, but I was given a room early at no charge after the manager arranged it. Everyone seemed to go above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. No wonder the place is always fully booked. Thanks to all the people working behind the scenes.

Seven Corners breakfast was the best part of my stay, with plenty of American, Japanese, Indian, halal, and vegan choices. Alma and the team helped me out. My room had a skyline view and lots of space. It was a connecting room, but that didn't bother me. The GSAs and FO staff were direct, yet proactive and efficient from check-in through checkout.
