It's handy for getting around, with Gateway and the MRT/LRT nearby and lots of travel options. The TV was there and the aircon worked well. The room had no curtains, so sunlight and heat came straight in when the sun was up. The bathroom drainage was awful: shower water took ages to go down, and sink water ended up on the floor. They supplied a toiletries box for our booking for two adults, with two toothbrushes, one small soap, and one shampoo sachet. We waited a long time to be seen when we arrived, and check-in was slow for the person ahead of us. That's okay, but when the receptionist got to us she was unpleasant. I think her name was Ednalyn or something. We politely asked how much it would cost to add a bed or upgrade to a room with two beds, a common question. She answered with a sour face and a loud sigh. We'd traveled five hours and got that attitude. The door also needs repair. We couldn't open it on arrival after trying several times, so we asked for help. The guy said, 'my style po ng pagbubukas jan,' and tried a few times before managing to open it.
