We were out of the room for only five minutes, and when we came back, money was missing from our wallet. We were shocked. When we called the service number, management didn’t seem to care, offered no solution, and hung up. It felt completely unsafe and unprofessional. -10000/5. We’ll never stay here again.

At 5:23pm on November 10, 2025, the two women at the hotel counter took almost 20 minutes to serve one customer while many people were waiting. They were slow with transactions and hard to approach, and still chatted with customers as the line built up. Really bad experience. I wouldn’t refer anyone.

The room was clean, the aircon and internet were okay, and the food tasted fine. Staff were customer-friendly, and reservations were okay too. Food orders can take more than 30 minutes sometimes, though, and parking space for customers is limited. They should work on getting food out in under 15 minutes and always smile at customers.

The staff at the Banawe branch were very accommodating, especially the manager, and they provided everything we needed. It’s also very clean there. We’ll definitely return to this branch.
