Ilustrata Residences Condominium

The guards are the best part, always friendly. The condo itself isn't well made, visitors have nowhere to park, and the area isn't cleaned. Waste management is bad, and there aren't any other amenities.

This company makes promises it doesn't keep, and I found the workmanship in the homes poor. The warranty is only three months. Inspections feel superficial, and repairs are often delayed or never completed. You have to keep calling to remind them, if anyone answers. Even work on your own home needs approval and clearance from their somewhat rude administrative staff, along with city licenses and the names and IDs of everyone doing the work, including family members. Our keys didn't work, and getting replacements took weeks. Fifteen months later, we still haven't received the title. Profriends blames government agencies but can't say which one is processing it, how much longer it will take, or why it's taking so long. In my experience, this outfit is very dishonest and doesn't live up to its commitments. Stay away. They should be called PROCROOKS.

The unit is good and close to Greenhills. Security seems fine too.

Clean, nice place and feels safe.
