OYO 114 One Liberty Hotel

The location is good, and the room, while small for a Deluxe category, was enough for a short one-night stay. My first experience was bad: I had paid through GCash, but the site showed no booking. The reception lady was very professional. She promptly checked with the manager about what to do and resolved it by recording my GCash payment reference number, so I raised my rating from 1 to 4.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel was easy to find. Food is available around the area until 10 pm. It was quiet and good for sleeping, and the room size was okay. The bed mattress was good, though the linen wasn't pure cotton and felt uncomfortable. The room had AC, a microwave, kettle, and wardrobe, plus two coffees and two bottles of water.

The room was spacious and nice for a cheap rate, with cool aircon and a clean CR with a hot shower. The smell wasn't good, though, and I couldn't tell where it was coming from.

The guards and receptionists were polite and helpful, but the place was dirty and looked quite different from the pictures. Traffic in Cubao is bad, so it doesn't work well if your schedule is tight.
