The location was great, and I want to thank the staff for making my stay a little more enjoyable. Em was especially helpful, and so was the other lady whose name I didn't get. Em even booked my Grab ride whenever I needed one. Thanks, everyone. See you again. Bil .

The smart TV was nice, and the Aircon was cold. The property has potential, but it really needs proper maintenance, especially in the CR. It seemed like they don't clean it often enough.

The two good points were the friendly staff and how close it is to Robinson's Magnolia. We paid around P800, but the room felt like a cheap motel. This was the lowest-quality room Oyo seems to have chosen, and I still wonder how it got certified by Oyo. There was no cabinet, clothes hangers, side drawers, or wifi. The cable TV had no subscription. The floor was tiled like a bathroom, the light was harsh and kitchen-bright with no dim option, and the door lock didn't feel secure. The toilet flush wasn't working, there was no bidet, and the hot water couldn't be adjusted. We paid through Agoda in advance, then had to pay again at the lobby because they said they hadn't received the Agoda payment via GCash.
