The place is decent enough, though there isn't much to expect. The elevator is bad: it claims to hold eight people, but it barely fits five and is maxed out at that number.

I left at 10am on the second day because of an emergency, even though I had booked for 3days 2 nights. I asked for a refund since I wouldn't be there for the rest of the day, but they refused. The photos online don't match the place in person. The mismatched curtains, damaged walls, and chains gave it a creepy feel, and I didn't feel safe during my stay. Avoid this hotel.

The room was clean, there’s an elevator, and guests are made to feel welcome.

There’s parking, and you’re near Gaisano Mall and fast food places. The Roxas Airport is close too, so this works well if you need somewhere to rest before or after a flight. A Premiere Deluxe room cost me 3,000 pesos, and I took a photo of the room rates.

For the price, the room is spacious, including the toilet and bath, and it stays quiet. The AC worked, and I was surprised the service elevator was working too. I found out early in the morning that the hot shower didn't work. The WiFi was bad, and the TV didn't work either.
