Crusoe Cabins Costa Azalea

We were supposed to stay there tomorrow, but contacting them has been a huge hassle. I've been calling their registered mobile number for weeks, with no answer or call back. We need to book their ferry to reach the hotel, but how can we arrange that if nobody responds? I tried the landline, but it wasn't a direct number. It was the group's hotline, and the person there gave me the same mobile number that wasn't answering. I explained that and was told they'd contact me. I asked for another mobile number so I could follow up if Costa Azalea didn't call, but he wouldn't give me one. The customer service has been awful.

The room and setting are especially relaxing at night. It's a secluded spot where you can have fun, eat, or just unwind. You can spend the day in your room, visit the aqua park, or go to the white sand beach. A great choice for a family staycation and one of the best places on Samal Island.

We had good weather for our vacation, not too hot, though it rained in the evening. We did have an hour-long blackout. Still, the crew were polite, the service was excellent and the food was good. We'd love to come back soon.

We booked a family room, and my kids loved it. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the staff were quick and very accommodating. Since we came midweek, we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves.
