The buffet was a real highlight, and everyone in our group enjoyed it. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the staff were professional and quick to help both the training team and participants. Palm Beach Resort also gave our November 21-22 training a relaxed setting that made for a nice break while still being a good place to learn. We had a very positive experience and would recommend it for future corporate events or training sessions.

The rooms feel spacious, new, and clean, and the facilities are great, especially the pickleball and padel courts. The pool looks nice too. Food was good and the staff were friendly. The beach is rocky and not as wide as some others in Laiya. There’s no gym, just a few pieces of equipment for leg exercises.

The restaurant food was quite good, though the service could use improvement. It’s a calm, peaceful resort with a decent stretch of seafront. The huts are limited, but the surrounding foliage seems to keep them cooler. There are also rooms or villas available for staying over.

The staff were considerate, and the shuttle came promptly. We’ve been to Palm Beach twice to play padel, and it’s a homey place to hang out and relax. We also tried the lunch buffet, which serves local dishes and hit the spot. The cassava cake is a must-try. From the à la carte menu, we liked the pizza and turon too, and the food prices are reasonable. Dogs aren’t allowed at the resort.

The place itself felt eerie, and the welcome wasn’t warm. My daughter booked the trip even though it was a bit pricey, especially since most of our family were kids who had to pay adult rates but wouldn’t eat much. We were disappointed that the amenities we expected weren’t available, and nobody told us ahead of time. The food was just so-so.
