The Connor Serviced Residences Managed by HII

We came for a party at GH Malls and booked a room here, which we regret. The room and pool were nice, but the rest of the stay was frustrating. Breakfast came through a partner restaurant in GH Mall rather than being served in-house, and ours arrived almost two hours late. They extended our stay by two hours to compensate, but that didn't make up for the disruption. Staff apologized several times, yet we didn't see a practical fix for the delay or the parking problem. There weren't enough parking spaces. I understand spots are first come, first served, but management knows how many units there are and should provide enough spaces for guests. We were pushed toward overnight parking at GH Mall for nearly ₱1,000, even though several spaces in the building appeared empty. We were still told none were available. We won't stay again and can't recommend it.

The room had a useful little kitchen setup, with a fridge, microwave, sink and cable TV, and it felt like a studio condo. I especially liked being able to adjust the bed firmness. It's an easy walk to Greenhills Mall, and there's even access from the hotel parking lot straight to the mall's 3rd floor. We'd seen reels recommending the place and booked two nights, then enjoyed ourselves enough to add another. Miko was attentive at check-in and got us checked out quickly. Housekeeping could be better: they replaced the sheets and towels but left a used glass dirty and didn't sweep the floor. Those are small things to work on. We'd still come back.

Greenhills Mall is connected to the residence, so you can reach it on the 6th floor by scanning your room key, without going outside. There are lots of shops, the tiangge flea market, dining options, and Unimart for groceries. Cubao, SM Megamall, Shangri-La, Robinsons Magnolia, and Quezon City are also easy to reach by Grab or cab. My studio room felt like a little home, with a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and a sink. The 9th floor has a spacious pool, a sufficient gym, a lounge for pool games or work, and a small playground by the pool for kids. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I'd absolutely stay again.

There are a few things that could be better. The queen bed lets you adjust each side's firmness, but after changing it the two halves felt uneven and the middle or one side sank more. The bidet was hard to regulate, either off or at very strong pressure. Hallway conversations came through the walls, and near checkout staff could be heard talking loudly out there. Otherwise, The Connor is very convenient for Greenhills Mall, with a direct connection on the 6th floor. Our studio was new, clean and spacious, and the kitchenette had utensils, a small fridge, microwave and induction stove. There was ample, well-lit parking, and check-in and checkout were quick. I didn't get to try the other amenities, maybe next time. Staff were courteous.
