The location is far from the city, which made it easier for my family and me to relax, even if getting there took a while. I think the trip was worth it. Our rooms were tidy and spacious enough, though locking them was a hassle because you need the key from inside. The best part was the service. We had a great time swimming, and the programs made it even better. The emcee, handsome roy, was outgoing and got everyone involved, which we really enjoyed.

Nice room and pool. The drinks and food cost a lot if they're not included in the booking, with P550 for the breakfast buffet or P600 for the evening buffet. Some maintenance seems needed right now, though they may already be trying to fix it.

The peaceful, beautiful surroundings were great for a getaway, and the staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone we met was friendly, polite, welcoming and ready to help. The drive in was rough, especially after dark, because the road to the hotel is bumpy and uneven and needs repairs. The rooms could use some updating, particularly the dated comfort room (CR), and noise from nearby rooms and the hallway came through. Dinner was decent, but the buffet seemed overpriced for the limited selection. With some improvements, this place could be outstanding. We'd still consider returning for the calm atmosphere and excellent service.

The Torre room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. It fits 4 adults, and you can add one more person for an extra cost. Some upkeep is needed: there was a small hole in the shower pipe, which didn't stop it working but should be fixed to save water, and both the shower and toilet door locks were difficult to use and need replacing. The staff were cheerful, friendly, respectful and helpful with requests. The Wi-Fi was strong, though the service could still improve in some areas. Breakfast for adults came with our booking, and we ordered extra food for the kids. The Saturday dinner buffet costs 750 pesos/person for walk-ins and 600 pesos/person for checked-in guests. We liked the Bam-i and coffee jelly. At dinner, some food we'd ordered grilled never reached our table, probably because around 50 walk-in guests arrived at once. We joined about an hour after the buffet began, and some dishes were slow to be refilled. Since other guests were already halfway through or nearly finished, staff kindly brought some food and drinks straight to our table. We had a great time overall. Thanks for accommodating us.

Handsome Roy really made the trip for me. We expected to entertain ourselves by the pool, then this ball of sunshine showed up. He's energetic, knows how to work a crowd and is so much fun. Our room didn't have a TV, and getting in and out was a pain because it needed a key to lock from either side. If someone was sleeping inside, we had to leave the room unlocked or lock them in.
