We couldn't even secure our belongings when leaving for dinner, since neither the bathroom door nor the main door locked. We had paid in full ahead of time for two rooms, but were given only one on arrival, with no proper explanation or adjustment. It raised real concerns about our privacy and safety. Management needs to address this. The stay fell short of basic expectations.

They wouldn't refund us, even after we found a disgusting brown stain on the bed under the sheet and visible bedbugs on the foam. Staff were still cleaning the room right before check-in, although we'd booked in advance. The pool was dirty, and there was even a roach on my bed. I've stayed at plenty of resorts and hotels, and this was easily my worst experience. Absolutely unacceptable! 🤢

The pool was dirty, and the resort music was extremely loud, which made an already unpleasant stay worse. Our room had no water, broken floor tiles, smelly towels, and sheets that didn't seem properly washed. The hygiene overall was terrible. The owner was friendly enough to refund our booking, and the airport is very close, but those were about the only positives. The place had clearly suffered significant damage from a recent typhoon, which they hadn't disclosed before we arrived. I was hoping for a relaxing vacation, but even on a budget I can't recommend staying here. Agoda and other booking sites should set expectations clearly while renovations are still underway. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else.

The room smelled moldy and kulob, and the sheets were gross, with hair on them, like someone had already used them. Staff were still cleaning when we arrived. We couldn't stand the overall feel of the rooms we'd booked, so we called the manager to ask for a refund. She shouted at us and wouldn't cooperate. We reported what happened to the police, who told us the manager was well known for this kind of service. Worst resort I've been to.
