I want to give Ivy at reception a special mention. She was warm and friendly from the moment I arrived, and went out of her way to take care of every request with a smile. She made sure I had what I needed, which felt like unusually thoughtful service. My stay at Alona Austria Resort was wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere, facilities and overall feel of the resort made it a memorable getaway. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and helped with anything we needed. They even have laundry you can use for free. Can't fault the place. Best hotel we've stayed at anywhere in Asia, 10/5 stars.

I'm so glad to be staying here again. The resort is kept in really good shape, and the price is affordable. It's close to the beach, and the staff are wonderful. Ivy in particular is always enthusiastic and full of energy.
