The room with a cigarette smell meant we had to move our booked guests elsewhere, which was a hassle, and nobody helped with the luggage. The air conditioners were dripping in both the rooms and lobby. We also had to ask for a battery for the remote, something that should’ve been checked before arrival. The kettle in our room didn’t work, and all the hotel phone lines were disconnected during our stay. We went to breakfast at 6:54 and were told it started at 7, but after returning then, the food didn’t arrive until past 8. We got stuck in the elevator and the staff just laughed at us. We expected a relaxing stay and ended up stressed. Very disappointing, and I don’t recommend it.

Waiting over an hour for food was bad enough. We got to the restaurant at 7 AM, and the platter came at 8. The bathroom was a mess with leaks and no soap or slippers, and some of us had to use the bidet to shower. The elevator wasn’t working properly, so we had to take the stairs. Nobody would carry our luggage, and there was only one trolley. I could write a novel about how awful the hotel was, but I’ll just say, don’t waste your money here. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

My girlfriend’s family and I come here whenever we want a simple overnight stay or a surprise celebration. This hotel and resort has never let us down.

We were here with family and friends for a wedding, but the rooms were a letdown. The showers didn’t work, and we had to call a plumber to deal with a leak. The faucet was broken too, and the rooms were missing basics like floor mats, hand towels, and hotel slippers. The phone service didn’t work, so we had to go outside in the rain to reach staff. Food came late while we were waiting, and we had to extend the time for the makeup room. There’s plenty more I could complain about. I don’t understand why the hotel is 100% recommended, and I hope this helps people before they book.
