I enjoyed the stay, especially the bed and pillows, and the room was clean. The view from my room was lovely, and the service was great. Dinner at the small restaurant bar inside the hotel wasn’t so good, and the food choices could be better. Stray puppies and dogs beside our room made noise early in the morning. They were cute, but I needed sleep. Check-in and checkout are both at 8am, so an option from 2pm to 20’ the next day would be nice.

My family really enjoyed our stay. Sunnyside was neat and welcoming, and our room was excellent with complete amenities. It’s centrally located, close to the attractions. The hotel staff were polite and very helpful.

My parents said the price difference compared with other hotels made the stay acceptable, but the dog outside was too noisy and the water maintenance inside was poor. Those were their honest comments. I also had some trouble with the booking. Even though we visited and made a reservation, they assigned us a different room.

I booked last month for my family and was very satisfied with the service. The staff were approachable, caring, and very polite to their guests. Our room had a nice ambiance, was very clean, and smelled good. We slept peacefully and calmly at night, and I have no complaints about the service.

We first booked four nights because of the nice location, but ended up staying here for our whole trip, 18 days. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff are helpful and very accommodating. They were fully booked the entire time we were there, so I suggest booking ahead.
