For a little over Php 1,000.00, I got a ground-floor unit with a table, chair, and internet that measured 19 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. There was no AC, but they provided a standing fan. The room was tiny, and there was barely room to move in the bathroom. They had me park in a vacant lot across the residence, and the neighborhood seemed safe.

I felt safe here, and the owner was very kind. They provided the basic needs, including kitchen tools if you want to cook for yourself. There are plenty of nearby places to eat, and it’s a handy base for going around Nuvali or heading toward Tagaytay. The rooms vary, but most are good for two or three people and have their own bathroom. Good value for the price, and I’d give this place five stars.
