06/12/26 The Wi-Fi was down when we checked in. Staff said PLDT was having an outage, and they got it back by nighttime, but it was so slow it still felt like having no internet 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The AC wasn't working either 🤣. I can say the rooms are better than xyz and summit, though.

They charge what I think are fake fees for bed stains. They couldn't provide a timestamped photo, and refused to show me the room, saying it had already been cleaned. The photo they did show was a close-up, and I didn't have anything the color of the stain on the bed. I'll never come back, go to XYZ instead.

The rooms have a modern feel, and the food downstairs is good and affordable. Service was good too. Just be aware that the twin rooms are interior rooms with no windows, and the bathroom is tiny. Hot water takes a while to come through, and the room feels pricey for its size.

The rooms are modern and okay, but the internet was painfully slow in room 207. For what I paid, that made for a poor stay. It's downtown, and parking is very limited.

The staff were polite and hospitable. My room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was kind of okay. The hot and cold shower had good water pressure, even on the 4th floor.
