I paid 750 pesos, which was a very good price. The receptionist was kind, and my room was clean and very good. The air conditioner worked well too. The hotel is just 200 meters from the Avacay bus station, which was convenient for me, and there was plenty of transportation going downtown.
The location was okay, which is why we chose this hotel, but I don't recommend it. They seemed unprepared for anything. I had to ask the front desk for towels, shampoo, and bath soap. The bathroom floor was wet, the door was broken, and there was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The floor outside the room had no tiles. We had no choice.
I got the room on sale for only 365 pesos, so the price was good. The aircon didn't get cold and there was a little flooding in the bathroom. Still, it was okay enough.
A very nice hotel with excellent accommodation.
Nothing special, just an okay stay at cheap rates.
