The room itself was basic, and there were swarms of mosquitoes. For a budget inn, I still felt the place was really bad for what I paid. The shared toilet and area were filthy and badly in need of repair. The flush didn't work, and fecal matter was visibly floating around. The smell spread through the whole area, and nothing was done.

The family room was very spacious and can fit up to six people. This is a cheap inn that does the job if you're staying in the city for a few days, and it's pretty decent for the price. It could use some extermination, though, since there were cockroaches in our room.

The shared bathroom wasn't very clean, and I got mosquito bites. Still, the room itself was clean and came with Wi-Fi and air conditioning for only 550 pesos. The staff were helpful and accommodating, so it was a good room for a low price.

For the price, this place is decent. It's a renovated townhouse on Calceta St., and our room had a double bed and private bathroom. If you're backpacking and need a safe spot to rest and leave your bags while you head out exploring, this one is worth considering.
