We were left scrambling for somewhere to stay just an hour before New Year’s Eve because they took bookings while already fully booked. They took our money, and a woman who called to help agreed to a refund. But instead of processing it, they only messaged the property to ask for an “exception” and refund. The worst hotel accommodation experience ever. They accepted reservations despite having no rooms, then left us to find other accommodation at the last minute.

The room is big and the location is okay, but the service was awful. If you stay two days or longer, they won’t clean the room or replace things like towels. There was no daily housekeeping, no toilet paper, detergent, or hair dryer, and the WiFi kept cutting out. Barking dogs at midnight and early morning made it hard to sleep. OYO team never replied, and reception was temporary rather than available 24/7. There was no sense of professional responsibility. It was one of my worst stays, and a regular hotel would be better. I also saw another foreign woman angry at the front desk about the lack of housekeeping. I reported everything to my booking agency, which tried to reach OYO repeatedly, but got no answer for days. I eventually received a partial refund from the agency. OYO’s management was insincere, and I’ll avoid staying with them.

They charged me 800 pesos because I’d left my key card locked inside the room. What a joke this place is.

Just a room with air conditioning, that’s all. No phone, no water, and no service.
