For the price, it's good value. The room was clean and had a toilet and shower, though there's no heater. It's a dorm setup, so you might share with different people from one day to the next. I booked four nights in a row and asked housekeeping for fresh blankets, towels, bed linen, and a quick floor sweep, but nobody came. That wasn't a deal breaker for me. Keep the place clean as you go and it should stay that way.

I wouldn't stay here. The security feels lax, and I can't see how you'd have a peaceful stay when, in my experience, thieves pose as roommates. The front desk knew about it and helped them check in. Management also wasn't cooperative when I tried to file a police complaint. Stay at your own risk. There are safer places in better secured neighborhoods.

I booked Spot On Hostel, Taguig Manila with a card, then paid the remaining amount in cash when the hostel didn't charge it to my card. I have the receipt for the cash payment I made to reception in 2024. After I returned to my country, though, they charged my card again. I've repeatedly raised this with reception and emailed, but haven't received a response. The management changed in 2025. I don't understand why extra money was taken from my card after I had paid in full. Be careful dealing with them. Getting around from here was easy. It's near public transport, carinderias, a wet market, and malls, and I could walk from work to the unit without any hassle. A convenient place to stay.
