Novel Hotel Manila

Housekeeping kept forgetting what I'd asked for, whether it was fixing the drain, changing the vanity, or bringing disposable slippers and bath gowns. I'd ask before they came in the morning, then still have to follow up one item at a time in the evening. It took so much time and energy, and I was left waiting around. Really annoying. I wouldn't stay again, especially knowing how stressful it was.

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff stayed attentive and quick to help with requests. They were friendly and accommodating throughout. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was handy for restaurants and shops. I had a great stay at Novel Hotel and would happily return.

The rooms are nice and the view is great. It's close to market2, Venice mall, high street, and other spots. The central location means you should watch out for rush hour traffic, but otherwise it's a great hotel to stay at.

I rarely make time to write reviews, but my one-night stay on 18th October 2025 was so good I wanted to share it, especially for Indian tourists traveling to the Philippines. The hotel room was above the standard I've seen at five-star properties, and the staff were welcoming and very professional. The restaurant food was superb, and the money I spent at the hotel and restaurant felt well worth it. I requested a late checkout because my flight was in the evening, and they allowed it at no extra cost. Manager Mr. Jay was very kind at checkout. I'll definitely return on my next trip to the Philippines, hopefully with my wife.
