Nature's Village Resort

We went to Nature’s Village to arrange rooms for our upcoming wedding celebration because we really like the atmosphere there and wanted to return for the occasion. At first, the lady receptionist was courteous and informative. She explained the available promos, and we booked two deluxe rooms. After hearing about a promo, we asked if at least one Premiere room might be arranged to make our wedding day more memorable. She said she’d check with her superior and seemed willing to help. Then Mr. Kent Baticbatic, who introduced himself as a supervisor, took over without coordinating with her. He started the transaction again from the beginning, repeatedly saying “Ako na Bahala” while looking at the computer, and disregarded the progress already made. He said only standard rooms were available and that he would “upgrade” us to deluxe, even though we had already secured two deluxe rooms. His statements also didn’t match the information we’d been given earlier. My wife explained that the booking was complete and we were just waiting for the receptionist to return, but he ignored her. The sudden change in how we were treated felt dismissive and unprofessional compared with the respectful assistance at first. For such an important occasion, we expected consistency, empathy, and professionalism. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

The place is beautiful, but the service was awful. Our room phone didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs to ask someone to fix it. We only had one key card, which meant I had to climb the stairs back up to the fourth floor. The iron I requested for my dress, since I was attending a wedding, never arrived, even though I waited until 11:30 a.m. At checkout, I noticed the restaurant had charged us too much for breakfast 😫

Our four-day stay was worth it, and we had a great time with the courteous, friendly staff. We were there for my wife’s class 50th reunion. The only downside was the weak WiFi in the room. We’ll come back if we get the chance.

The food was good, and the ambiance and overall experience make this a resort I’d highly recommend for events. The staff were very accommodating, especially the page administrator, who responded to my concerns about a lost item.
