It's a peaceful, lovely spot, and the boat ride to the volcano is fun and affordable if you go as a group. The pool could have been amazing, but the water was stagnant and hadn't been cleaned, with lots of things floating on top.

You can rent a big house for an overnight stay for 3500, or get a room for 24 hours at a cheaper price. A room is good for six people. There’s a swimming pool, and you can take a boat across the lake to the volcano for 2000 per person, all in. That includes horseback riding, the boat ride, and more on the way to the volcano.

It's a clean, very quiet place to unwind after a trip to tagaytay. Couples, families, or groups of friends could stay here, especially if they want a glimpse of Taal Volcano crater.

They offer tours to Taal's Volcano Island, and there's a pool at the resort. Swimming in the lake isn't an option, though, because the water is murky and dirty.
