I stopped by during a ride and enjoyed the great view of Laguna Bay. It felt like a nice pause from city life, though you’re still close enough to hear the city. I wish I could’ve stayed overnight.

We waited two hours for lunch, with no coordination among the staff. Even after we made what seemed like a reasonable request because of the bad weather, management showed poor judgment. There was no senior discount on food, and official receipts weren’t issued automatically. This was very unsatisfactory and poor overall. Other guests had already raised the same concerns, but management still hadn’t acted. Think twice before choosing this place.

The view is breathtaking, and the sunset is superb. The food was okay, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The lawn is kept up nicely, but the rooms need more attention. They smelled musty and need cleaning, some wooden furniture was decaying, and the bed headboard gave way.

The condition of the property and the service were extremely disappointing. We weren’t told when booking that the infinity pool was unavailable. The only pool we could use felt unsatisfactory and unhygienic. The restrooms were outdated, with no basic features like a bidet, and the dirty tiles and soiled toilet bowl made the lack of cleanliness obvious. The shower heater didn’t work. On check-in day, I asked staff for help with our concerns, but they seemed confused and couldn’t tell us who could assist. We were left frustrated and feeling abandoned. Communication about the establishment’s condition was poor, and the lack of transparency after we’d made the initial down payment left a lot to be desired. It felt more like a scam, with little apparent concern for paying guests’ welfare or satisfaction. I also question whether the positive reviews are genuine. This was a nightmare of an experience. I hope management takes immediate, decisive action to fix these issues, which seriously damage the establishment’s reputation.
