Luisita Central Park Hotel

We had a nice stay during the Holy Week holidays, and most of the staff were very accommodating. Some, though, need basic training and more professionalism. When we checked out last Sunday, we were travelling with my aunt, who is a PWD and uses a wheelchair. The doorman was busy on his phone instead of opening the door, and had his feet up on the chair. I hope management knows about this and gives staff proper training and guidance on professional behavior. Overall, it's a nice hotel, and we'll definitely come back.

We arrived late at night and were lucky to get the last room. The suite was clean, the washroom was great, and there were some nice complimentary items. We slept comfortably, then took a short stroll in the morning and had a delicious breakfast. The staff were kind and straightforward. The security guard or doorman outside made a great first impression, greeting us with a smile and a warm welcome. He helped with our luggage and opened the door whenever we came or went. We didn't use the pool or other amenities, but the pool looked clean and very nice.

Nice room at a reasonable price, with affordable rates and a comfortable bed.

We stayed there last June 2024, and the room was nice with a very good breakfast. It could have been a perfect, lovely stay kung hindi lang dahil sa attitude ng receptionist named Mariz. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After our long trip, we arrived to find the beds we had booked unprepared. We said we'd booked an extra bed, but she insisted we hadn't, even after we showed the booking confirmation, and told us she'd charge an extra fee for it. I hope management knows what happened and trains the staff properly. Kudos to the kuya room attendant, whose name I didn't get and who I think was the only one on duty then. He was very polite, apologetic, and accommodating with our requests.
