Breakfast was included, which was really convenient, and the staff were super friendly. I stayed a week and enjoyed it a lot. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, even charging cables. The pool and chairs were comfortable. I’d definitely recommend the resort.

The night before I left, I found that the zipped pocket in my backpack was empty and my gold bracelet was gone. I had stupidly let hotel staff move my luggage between rooms. The pocket was fully zipped, and I can’t see how the bracelet could have come out by itself. Someone would have had to open it. I have no proof, but I’d be careful and keep valuables in the safe. It feels like you can’t trust anyone anymore.

The stay was okay. I’d been impressed by the listing photos before booking, but after we arrived, everything was laid out upfront in a way that made us feel like we had to walk on eggshells. Since it was already paid for and non-refundable, I gave it a try anyway. I’d suggest it if you want somewhere simple near Alona Beach, but book at your own discretion.

Be careful with the towels and sheets. They charged us 500 pesos for a small towel with just a little dirt on it, saying it had to be washed. The staff behaved really badly when we checked out. A terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
