The place was dirty throughout, and the shared kitchen didn’t help. The shower above the toilet had no water, and the toilet itself wouldn’t flush. Water from the working hand basin spilled onto the floor because its drain wasn’t connected, leaving the floor covered in sewage.

The way in is the big drawback. Google’s route is longer, though even the shorter way still leaves you muddy. Once there, the week was quiet, with no parties or noise. At 950 rubles a night it felt like a good deal, and there was hot water and drinking water. The room worked for cooking, and I rented a decent scooter, not a bicycle, for 350 rubles.

The scooter rental was the one decent part. A young guy on the main road at the end of the street rents scooters for 300P. The room is cheap, but I couldn’t get any rest with all the noise from people, parties, the air conditioning, and the surroundings, morning and night. There was a nauseating smell, and the staff were unpleasant. Absolutely avoid!
