The bed was very hard, and breakfast was okay but had limited choices. We paid around 40 euros a night expecting a comfortable stay, but the room wasn’t clean, especially the shower. There was mold, hair, and a strange liquid on the floor. We waited until the next day to avoid making a fuss, then I asked for the room to be cleaned and explained what we’d found. When we returned late that afternoon, only the liquid had been removed. Hair and other marks left by previous guests were still there. I told reception again, but they took no real action and offered no solution. There wasn’t even an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.

The people working here were so kind and helpful. It’s a fairly new hotel, and everything was very clean. The towels and sheets were soft and smelled lovely. It’s set in a beautiful, peaceful garden, in a fantastic location.

It’s a short walk to both the beach and restaurants, and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff were really kind and helpful, including when we booked tours and excursions. The service was perfect, and the hotel could easily charge quite a bit more for what it offers.

It’s really quiet, so nothing disturbed my sleep, and the main street is about five minutes away by scooter. The staff were so caring and helped me a lot when I was sick. Amazing place, I don’t think there’s anywhere better in Panglao.
