The room felt no better than a regular motel, so ₱1850 didn't seem worth it after what I expected from their fb page. We got two complementary breakfasts, but there were no options, just hotdog and egg with rice. They only provided bottled water after we asked. There's no elevator, so we had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor, and water was dripping in the hallway. The TV was noisy and seemed to have a life of its own, so I just turned it off. The hotel is within the city proper, but hard to find because of the one-way road and the lack of a lighted signboard.

The room was clean and decent, and the bed was really comfortable. I had a road-facing room. The aircon and wifi were great, the heater worked well, breakfast came to the room, and thank God for the airport shuttle service. The cable wasn't good, though, and the locks need fixing.

For the price, this hotel is excellent. The rooms were clean and the ACs worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion: a small lift would help PWDs get to the upper floors without pain or discomfort.

The staff were well mannered, but I would avoid booking here if safety is a concern. When we checked in last August, the glass shower sliding door shattered from a normal push. It turned out that both ends of the door weren't protected with silicon, and glass shards cut into my mother's skin. The worst part was that they didn't even bother to give her simple first aid, and the owner insisted on pressing charges against us. Worst hotel in Tuguegarao.

It’s close to everything you need, right in the heart of town, but still comfortable and quiet. The aircon is very cool, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and breakfast is complimentary. It is a bit pricey compared with the usual hotels in other cities, and there’s no elevator. Everything else was great.
