Achilles, Paris and Athena 🤍 came rushing over to greet us, and we felt at home right away at Belfort House. The hosts were lovely, suggested some great places to go, and made delicious breakfasts. We had such a warm, homely getaway and hope to return.

Getting public transport can be tricky from here, since only a few tricycles or motorbikes pass by, even though the place is right along the highway. Still, I can't recommend it enough. The owner and caretaker were warm and welcoming, the room was spacious and very clean, and even the CR smelled lovely. Two big, gentle dogs greet you there.

The host family were lovely, and their affectionate dogs, Achilles, Athene, and Paris, were a delight. It's well maintained and sits right on one of Valencia's main streets, so the location worked well for us. A very nice stay for the money.

We felt very safe here. The house is inside a walled compound with secure gates, and the dogs were friendly and didn't bark much. The place was clean and the host was very accommodating.
