My family's reservation for this afternoon was cancelled without any notice, even though booking had gone smoothly and I'd paid by debit card. I managed to speak with the owner online, and she confirmed what we'd discussed. I'm still waiting for her to cancel it and issue the refund. It left me feeling like their business on Agoda might be a scam.

For about $36 a night, I expected better. The rooms were awful and had pests everywhere, including roaches, spiders, ants, and lots of flying insects. I think a place with poor accommodations should be very cheap, and this wasn't. The owners need to improve the facilities and put money into them.

We had no one to speak with when we left, so we just put the key on the table. I also didn't feel much warmth from the people there. Nobody even asked how our day or stay was going. Still, the place was clean and everything else was fine.

For php 1,200.00/ day, we had a clean, roomy space that worked well for a family. The room was for 2 persons, and we slept great. It was an unforgettable stay!

Please train the staff to ask before entering a room. They also kept asking whether we'd seen a certain phone, but everything should be checked before the room is handed over. We came to relax, enjoy ourselves, and spend time together as a family, so the interruptions were frustrating.
