The staff kept me waiting an hour for a room when I first arrived. Then they argued with me and my kids, saying they didn't have our room, and put us in a smaller one instead. They gave us no breakfast. Worst hotel.

We had a lovely view of Balakot City from Valley Door Hotel, and the rooms were reasonable for a short stay. The staff were humble, and the food quality wasn't too bad. It's a good place for a family stay.

The price is affordable, the view is good, and the management is decent. The hotel is newly built, with good rooms on the top floor. Just be aware that there’s no backup electricity, and the road noise made it hard to sleep properly.

I came to Pakistan from Dubai for the first time and felt right at home here. The hotel was clean, the food was lovely, and the staff helped whenever I needed anything. I especially loved the tea, so tea lovers should give it a try. 21/2/2020 ❤️❤️🙏😍😍😍😍😍

There’s plenty of free parking, along with Wi-Fi, hot water, and a kitchen. The prices are very reasonable, and the management and other people were cooperative. Everything was great.
