The location near Auto Bahn Road and local attractions is handy, and the free parking and halal breakfast are useful. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned, and the staff are friendly. It seems like good value for a budget stay. There can be noise from the railway tracks, and weak generator support during load-shedding has sometimes affected the AC and hot water.

We asked for breakfast at 8, but nearly an hour later nobody had got back to us. There's no intercom to call anyone, either. When the power went out from 6 to 8 in the morning, there was no generator or UPS, and it was completely dark, so walking around or using the washroom wasn't possible. There was no hot water, and the cleaning was awful. I saw cockroaches and other insects near the bed and in the table drawers. The service and conditions were terrible. I won't stay here again or recommend it.

My family and I felt comfortable and safe here. The staff were humble and helpful. I'd recommend staying here. ❤

Nice place, good service, and very humble staff. I checked out at 9am and left my charger behind. When I returned at 5pm, they gave it back. Honest people.
