Days Inn Karachi

Breakfast was tasty and good value. The buffet had beef curry, channay, aloo bhaji, halwa, omelette, paratha, naan, juice, and fruit salad. You could also ask for boiled or fried eggs, and tea was a nice way to finish the meal. We were there for an official visit and found the hotel generally clean, with well-kept rooms and equipped bathrooms. We arrived around 2:00 am, and parking was inconvenient since the hotel has no parking of its own. We left the car in front of the hotel under a flyover. The bellboy promptly took care of our luggage. The reception staff were welcoming, and the lobby has comfortable seating to the right of the desk. There was no hot water, which was disappointing. We requested an extra mattress for a third person. It was comfortable, but the room was too small to fit it easily, and the pillows were hard and need replacing. Service was uneven: clothes we gave for ironing weren't returned on time, and the room's electrical wiring tripped occasionally. Still, it's a good place for a short official visit to Karachi.

Mr. Rana, the General Manager, was professional, supportive, and attentive to detail. The hospitality and service from the team impressed me so much that I extended my five-day stay by another week. Hotel Galaxy Karachi Shahra-e-Faisal has a great ambiance, excellent room service, and high-quality rooms. It's a very good choice for a comfortable, memorable stay. Highly recommended.

The staff were cooperative and hospitable, and Mr Taimoor made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I'd like to thank him for all his efforts.

The food was good, and the atmosphere felt pleasant at this cozy hotel. Staff were welcoming, prompt, and cooperative, especially Mr Rana (Manager) and Ms Tabita(FDO). It was a pleasant stay.
