Sandra and I stayed here on and off between side trips for nearly two weeks. Ijlal let us leave our luggage, which helped, and was good company who shared lots of useful local information. Our rooms were lovely, and the communal terrace had fantastic views. A great stay at very reasonable rates. Many thanks from both of us, Ijlal.

Right in the heart of Karimabad, Mountain Refuge has excellent views of the Hunza Valley from the room window. Ijlal bhai made us very comfortable, and there was hot water and WiFi around the clock. It’s budget friendly, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Karimabad.
