The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, so it felt like good value. Room service needs a lot of work, though. My complaints weren’t fixed, so check everything before you accept a room. I’d also bring an iron, since the laundry service response wasn’t good either.

We went for the iftar buffet, and the setup was a mess. More than 400 people were crowded into a small room where the food was laid out, and the heat felt suffocating. The manager said the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on because it was being maintained. There was no parking for diners, and the food was average at best. All that for 2500 pkr.

The open-air chat area looked lovely and relaxing, and hygiene standards were excellent. Staff were professional and quick to respond. For the price, the rates are quite affordable compared with other hotels in Gulberg, and the included breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the haleem and makki ki roti. I wasn’t keen on the tea bags, since I prefer mixed chai. The lift was slow too, to the point where the stairs felt quicker.

We had a lovely family hi-tea Buffett here, with a scenic view and staff who were cooperative and ready to help. The service and cleaning both deserve five stars. Recommend ❤️

The taste was just normal, and the price was about the same as elsewhere, but the service didn’t come close. I asked for water four or five times and waited 20 to 25 minutes. I also asked three times to have the table cleared, with no result. Tea bags weren’t available at first because they said they were finished, then they brought them when only five minutes were left. When our internet service went down, I waited almost 35 minutes for the bill. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the hitea at all. Staff came over asking us to give five stars and write that the service and taste were very good, which they weren’t. Bad experience with each and every thing. Not recommended, 100 percent. Thanks.
