Elegant Suites Hotel

The hotel is centrally located, so getting around is easy, and the staff are professional and kind. It feels secure too. There's pollution and no garden nearby, though. I hope beloved Multan, with its history, continues to grow. Thank you.

The breakfast buffet was nice, and the prices were lower than at other similar hotels in Multan. The rooms were very nice, and the staff made us feel welcome.

I booked eight rooms for guests coming to my son's wedding in Multan. Though they looked clean at first, they were very dirty, especially the bathrooms. The flushes didn't work properly, and none of the rooms were cleaned during our two-day stay. The AC in one room also failed, and staff didn't fix it until 2 am after we asked. We'd been promised complimentary breakfast for all our guests. Instead, it was served on the roof in the conference room, with only cold naan and chickpea curry, while other people got the extravagant breakfast in the hall. The manager was rude and kept misbehaving. At checkout, they charged extra for water without having told us about the fee beforehand. Not a good experience.

My wife and I had a memorable stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very cooperative.
