Hotel Taj Palace Multan

My stay was satisfactory, and the staff were really respectful, so they deserve an extra rating. The only issue I noticed was bedsheets that didn’t seem properly washed. Please pay more attention to hygiene; the rest was perfect.

My guests found bed bugs in the three rooms I booked for them while they were attending my family’s wedding ceremony. The hotel staff were unhelpful and dishonest, and the owner, Mr. Hamza, was uncooperative too. My guests also saw the hotel entertaining couples, which they found highly inappropriate.

The lobby made a striking first impression, with its magnificent feel and opulent decor. I recently stayed at Taj Hotel Palace in the heart of a vibrant city, and found the architecture beautiful, combining traditional and modern elements. The furnishings were intricately designed, and exquisite artwork adorned the walls, with attention to detail throughout. The hotel feels like a testament to the heritage of its location, grandeur, and impeccable service. The staff greeted me with warm smiles, and the stay was an experience of a lifetime.
