The breakfast was 1099 rupees per person, just for one serving of paratha, channay, halwa and chai. At a room rate of 14,000, that felt like poor value for what we got. I’d rather pay more somewhere else next time, because I won’t stay here again. I’d stayed several times before and always found it satisfactory, but my visit on Saturday, 24th January, was very disappointing. The room seemed fine when we booked it, then after a nighttime walk we found a blanket that smelled bad and had hair stuck to it. The central heating wasn’t working as usual, and we were cold all night and couldn’t sleep. There was constant loud noise, including from people passing the room or being in the lobby. I complained several times, but nothing was done, and we couldn’t sleep properly.

The restaurant’s food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The hill-side rooms have a view that’s worth it, with a peaceful, serene setting around the hotel. The rooms have modern decor and are comfortable, and it’s clear they’ve put effort into keeping everything in top condition. It is a bit expensive.

We paid 10k for one night in Dec 2025. It’s a good place to stay in a great location, with big rooms and a nice view. Breakfast was included and good, though the heating system wasn’t proper.

The rooms were new and designed really well. Cleaning could’ve been better, and service was okay. By Murree service standards, it was a bit better.

The buffet breakfast, modern amenities and elegant washrooms made for a comfortable, convenient stay. The interiors are tasteful, and the hotel has a welcoming feel. It’s in a peaceful spot, only minutes from Mall Road.
