We booked Second Home Hotel about two weeks ahead, and the communication was excellent from the start. When we arrived, the room seemed a little different from the videos, and the sheets and pillow covers needed changing along with some cleaning. Management dealt with our feedback professionally and had the room refreshed in five minutes. They also gave us tea and biscuits on the house. The next morning, breakfast was complimentary too, which we hadn’t expected. The staff were polite, service was quick, and the location near GPO works well for families. We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay, Alhamdulillah, and would recommend it for a peaceful family visit in Murree.

The location is excellent, close to Mall Road and all the main points, and I had an amazing stay. The staff were kind, respectful, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of Murree’s best hotels, in my experience. Highly recommended for families and other visitors. I’ll definitely stay again.
