I stay in hotels and apartments often, and this was an exceptional visit to Murree. The receptionist with glasses was especially accommodating and helpful. He arranged a discount and made sure I had the facilities I needed. I'm completely satisfied and would recommend it to couples, families, or friends looking for a good time. Newlyweds would especially love it here, and I'd happily return.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The kitchen came with cooking utensils and a dining table, and the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and paste, clean towels, and hot water. From the front balcony, you get a stunning view across the area from high on the mountain. The rear looks onto a lovely forest, and there's safety netting there. The hotel also feels secure, with a gate and security at the entrance. Reception was excellent, and check-in was quick and easy. Five stars from me, highly recommended.

The food was fresh and tasty, with a nice range of choices, and the surrounding hill views were lovely from our spacious, well-furnished room. Viva Pine Hotel Murree sits somewhere peaceful, making it a relaxing escape, while still being conveniently close to Murree’s main attractions. Throughout our stay the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, and took care of our needs efficiently and courteously. It was a comfortable, thoroughly enjoyable visit, and I'd recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

It's a peaceful place and the staff were good, but the food wasn't. I'd suggest bringing your own or cooking in the available kitchen with its equipment. GPO Murree is another option, about a 15-20 minute drive away.
