Hotel Pine Track

Danish Bhai was the standout for me, so humble and kind. Pine Track is beautiful, with a great location for a relaxing stay, and the service was good. More staff could help manage guests better, and adding room service would make things more comfortable.

After we'd settled in, they told us we couldn't use personal appliances or eat in the room. They hadn't mentioned any of that at check-in, and then said we could either stay or get our money back because they couldn't arrange the electricity. Check before you visit if you plan to use a hair dryer, air fryer, or iron, or eat in your room. The stay itself was good overall.

Getting warm water was a struggle, and most of the time it was cold. The hot water service was practically nonexistent, which was extremely disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

The location and rooms are good, but the service doesn't match the hotel's reputation, especially from the restaurant staff. There's no room service, and they don't provide drinking water either. They need to change how things are run, improve the service, and start room service.
